★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My niece age 9 attended the summer camp program in sketch, design and styling as she is already interested in fashion design. This course gave her an overall view of what the work entails plus endless fun and creativity! Honestly one of a kind in Toronto. She will be the next big shot in the fashion industry thanks to CCSA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This art school is the best! A level above other art programs in town! My son was at the animation camp for a week and had an amazing experience !
They would first come up with a scenario for their film and then choose material, (he used clay mostly)to make the characters and design the background and then make the film by moving those characters and taking pictures!
He can not wait to go back in fall for the weekly classes.
Thank you CCSA !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of great courses for kids including fashion and photography. Its a little pricey, my experience so far has been limited to four weeks. So far so good. Decor is very nice and the fact that they have plentiful (and) free parking is a huge bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the former fashion design instructor at CCSA I wanted to leave an honest review about the culture of the school, which is established by the owner/management:
I was at the school for about 2 months, prior to giving my notice, and my overall disappointment with the culture was rooted in:
1) inadequate pay (not being compensated for the hours we put in towards prepping the classes)
2) the lack of respect (management walking into my classroom and condemning my students)
3) manipulation (no sick days -- if it was not covid we were forced to go in. In the event that we were sick enough to refuse to go in, they would lie and tell us classes were cancelled as a result of our actions, and then we would find out from the students that they actually brought in a supply teacher).
This is school is all about putting on a facade for parents in order to get good reviews on google. This is why I have written this view, to give an insight into my experience behind the scenes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication from the school is unclear and the owner seems controlling... I didn't like how they "suggested" (more like persuading me and my family) to register for a longer duration when there's covid and people have financial issues... The school is messy, the sitting area and classes are not sanitized regularly for kids or us when we arrive for pick up or drop off. Classes are messy.. Positive aspect for my niece= she likes the painting subjects, & her friends. The teacher's nice, she says. So I think the owner creates a chaotic and rushed workplace. we didn’t have the means to register her elsewhere so it's a temporary solution. We don't appreciate these issues and would need to see improvement in order to register in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! The people there are so welcoming and nice.
There are so many things my kids can do and explore there, they let their imagination run wild and the outcome is impressive. There are so many things they can choose to do, from drawing and painting to sculpting, photography and fashion design among others.
The teachers make the kids feel welcome and wanting to come back. They give them individual attention to their needs.
I highly recommend this place for art classes as well as art camp!
