The store was packed with people, yet the older woman ensured that everyone was spoken to. I can tell people trust this business, as they had over 5 people in line for the entire hour I was there. I dropped off my bike and received it within 3 days, with exceptional service, and top notch products. I will absolutely be visiting again

They have worked on a few different bike for me over the years and I always get my bikes back performing better than they did before. The prices are extremely reasonable and I always leave with valuable tips on how to better maintain my bikes.

She helped fix the problem with my seat, and recommended me to another local place when she didn't have a certain part. Everyone was wearing masks and it felt very safe. I would highly recommend this friendly, local business!
B	Brad Worwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in, with low expectations- I went to another (DIFFERENT) bike shop, end of last season. Spent over $100 for "tune up and repair" Didn't work, 24 hours later. Came to this bike shop, just wanting to ride. They offered me fair advice, gave me a reasonable price quote and stuck to it. Fixed the bike on the spot, showing me the issue, no smoke and mirrors. Left content, in under 30 minutes, having spent a mere $60 or so. This place is amazing. They know there stuff. They don't jack up the prices. This is a bike shop for cycling enthusiasts.
E	Efraim Pfeil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the mechanic at the store seems knowledgeable about bicycles and fixed my issue in a jiffy, I would not recommend this place especially during Covid. Neither the attendant at the desk nor the mechanic who spoke to me were wearing masks in the store. I was not told the price up front of the cost for the service, which the mechanic said he would do "while you wait." The mechanic criticized me for attempting to repair the bicycle myself and said to leave those jobs to the professionals. That is a terrible way to interact with your clients. You also have to pay only in cash with no receipt issued. The end result is that clients have to trust that they are not getting ripped off for a job since they have no idea what the price will be before it is completed.

When I went to install it, I called the store back to book an appointment (I was failing the install) and she asked me to send a pic and after 5 min of guidance it was installed perfectly! Amazing service! BEZOS may sell it a bit cheaper but no way on service and personality! Helping out the smaller shops is what community is all about. Benjamin's is definitely a place to support!
