★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Friday 13th Aug., 2021. One of our bike got a flat tire as we were leaving Woodbine Beach. We walked our bikes to Velotique and get it fix. The two gentlemen who work there were super friendly. And we were told that is gonna take 1 hour. We drop off the bike and walked down the street to get something to eat just to kill time. We returned back to the store in 45 mins and the flat tire has already been fixed! Plus they fixed few little other things on the bike and didn’t even charge us! What a pleasant experience! I would highly recommend this bike shop to everyone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had amazing customer service here, every single time. The staff are pleasant as well as informative and go above and beyond to answer any and all of my questions. I've purchased a bike here, and have brought my other bike to be serviced and the attention to detail far exceeds their competitors. Last month I booked a service using the online booking tool, and when I brought the bike in, after having a quick look, they said I didn't need the full service like I thought so they brought the price down to the level below. 10/10 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys at Velotique were great. I was biking down Queen and my bike started rattling. Swung into Velotique and they fixed it on the spot and I was on my way. Thanks again! Will definitely go back to work with them for regular tune ups and repairs.

They both spent a lot of time explaining the characteristics of each roller ski, and we really appreciated their low-pressure, friendly sales approach. Great guys, great product knowlege, and a passion for the summer and winter sports that they enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a classic ski package from Velotique, and was served by Rob when I got to the shop. Hands-down best service I have received for Nordic skis, and Rob was very good to point out different options so I could either upgrade my package or not. Never was there pressure to spend more money, and when I asked about upgrade options they were always answered with good information so that I could make an informed choice. The quality of nordic ski knowledge at this store is second to none!
