★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst WORST experience of life with owner Mr. JONG, he's rude, unhelpful, impatient, arrogant, I wish didn't buy from him the "new" defect battery when he insisted to pay him cash only. . what a waste of money !
This guy name yong sold me a "new" battery three weeks at $580 cash, he won't accept debit or visa and he didn't receipt. The "new" battery turned out be a lemon, He won't even accept to test the battery, After a big hustle w him, he went pulled a used battery from another bike and gave it to me as replacement with a miserable face & shouting me to not come back if the battery has problem.
GUESS WHAT THE USED BATTERY worked better than the "new".
Don't go to this store and if you have to., make sure to get a receipt and don't pay him cash. He's dishonest, and a psycho !! You may get a good price and nice smile when handing cash to Mr. YONG on a bike but no service. He's a Crook!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a bike from him yesterday. Great price and very helpful. Because it was an older model he installed brand new batteries. He also loaded the bike in my van and tied it down for me. Been in business for 9 years and I can see why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy took $150 to get my fixed. After getting it fixed same same problem happened with the bike in 3 hours.Called him right away he told me he will pick up my bike but didn't do that. This place is really bad. Don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy is a scammer. I bought 6 batteries from him for my scooter( worth close to $500) He promised all that he could for me to get them. Two days after when I found out that the batteries were not new and were not working properly on my scooter I called him and he said he did not remember selling batteries to nobody recently. My mistake not getting a receipt. I wish there was a law against them. What a shame with this type of people. Seriously please do not go to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried every place but they were unable to fix my bike. Finally Good thing I saw this place and I went there. JASON the owner himself fixed my problem in minutes which even the company which I bought my bike couldn't figure out. Very reasonable price and friendly person. Worth visiting the place. He has all the parts of ebike and he is a really hardworking. 5 star rating for the great service.. Hats off Jason..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My lights, signal and horn stopped working suddenly so I called to ask when I could bring my bike in. I showed up first thing the next day and he fixed it while I got coffee. He was so pleasant and explained what was wrong and what he did and had to replace for me. I will definetly be bringing my scooter back here when I need something else done. Such a nice guy. No wonder he's been in buisness for so long. Made a customer out of me that's for sure.
