a	adrian 21 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff are nice but there is an older guy who run the store I came with a electric scooter and as soon I step in he said he don't carry parts for electric scooter and that's dangerous and he wants me to go right away I said I'm buying a bicycle mini pump he didn't ask me what I need first and still ending up buying a mini pump from his store because I was at the cashier paying ,he don't realized that I'm I cyclist to, I bought all my gears and tools from this store since then I never came back ,I even have there cycling shirt with there logo that I don't wanna ware it anymore.and I just go somewhere else.
L	Lisa Parker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying my experience at D'Ornellas was LIFE CHANGING. So much so that I created a goggle account just so I could do this review. We recently travelled over 6 hours round trip for a bike fit with Neil for my Cervelo P2. I have completed multiple long distance triathlons on this bike but was always uncomfortable on longer rides and struggled to stay in aero. Having had a bike fit ~ 5 years ago, I always assumed the problem was me; my build, my limited hip and back flexibility, etc etc. This was not the case - Neil was able to expertly adjust the bike to fit me specifically - quirks and all . He is a bike fit wizard and I cannot get over how comfortable I now feel on my bike! Thank you Neil - I am forever grateful!

They installed my bottle holder and bike stand, and gave me recommendations on how to take care of my bike. This year, I dropped it off for a tune up at D'Ornellas and I can't be happier. The bike is all tuned up, cleaned, and ready for the season. It was done really quickly and everyone at D'Ornella's was extremely friendly! From the people welcoming me as I waited for my bike to those who helped me figure out what my bike needed. Highly recommend!! Thank you for a great start to the season and a really fun shop visit.

They are very condescending towards new cyclists who are still learning about their bikes. The last time I was in there one of the tech workers (Paul) was unnecessarily raising his voice at a customer. I was very uncomfortable to the point where I won’t be coming back.
R	Roy Anisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After shopping around for about a year at various bike shops in the GTA I finally made a decision and I bought a new bike (2021 Felt AR Advanved UDi2) from D'Ornellas Bike Shop. I am fairly new to cycling sport so naturally had lots of questions. The purchase experience, customer service and the knowledge of the staff working at the shop is second to none. I also joined D'Ornellas Cycling Club and loving every KM riding with this club, and learning from folks with tone of cycling experience. I wanted to give a special shout out to Lori-ann and Neil at the shop and Eon (THE BOSS) and everyone at the cycling club for making this a very special and exciting experience for me.?
P	Paola Yustres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went by there two days ago because my tires were flat. They change the tubes on both tires and found what had pricked the front tire. However the guy that help me did not completely remove the pointy wire and left some of it stuck in there, he said it was only on the outside and that it was not going to damage the tube, I believe him cause he is the one knowledgeable in bikes. Two days after I had to come back cause the same wire had punctured the tire again. They did not even apologize for the inconveniences this cause me, instead they charge me for the new tube they had to install. Thus, just buy the tube and do it yourself, so that you don't have to pay for labor work and a second tube ?

Normally the first thing I do after leaving one is think about selling my bike and never riding again so I can easily say that my recent visit was the best experience I've ever had at a shop. I brought my bike in for a tune up plus a little extra work and Reggie was the person I spoke with who was fast and friendly and I'm very happy with the work done.
