Customer service is just terrible. I went in to get my vintage bike fixed. And when they brought back my bike at the pick-up I saw that my back tire was flat! I brought in a perfectly functional tire and this is how I got my bike at the pick-up. When I complained as to why I should pay for the tire that was not flat when I brought it in, the manager didn't even have the time to speak to me. I have been going to this bike shop for over 10 years and spent a lot of money there. I will no longer be coming back. This is a the perfect way to lose a long-term customer.

Recently brought my bicycle in to have the rear wheel true’d, was charged $50 and got my bike back with the wheel in worse condition then it was when I originally had brought it in….I ended up taking it to another shop were I paid $30. They even installed new breaks at no cost… I feel like due to the busy environment at this location a lot of stuff actually goes missed when they do bike repairs. I wouldn’t recommend taking anything here for a repair.

The service here is absolutely amazing!!! Down to earth explanations, never try to sell you anything that you don't need, and really friendly, non- condescending conversation. Have had the bad luck to have had a few flats, as all of us who commute on our bikes, and they have always fixed them honestly, and well under the time quoted. I don't know why anyone would choose anywhere else to go if they need anything bike related. Bought my bike here more than 20 years ago, and still commuting on the same bike. Impressed by the staff, service and quality of products everytime. Thank you all ! So recently had to retire my 25 year old bike that I purchased here and have been commuting on all this this time. Speaks to the quality of products sold here. After getting sound advice on what it would cost to get my bike up to safe and reliable standards, I realized it was time to surrender to the concept that I needed to purchase a new bike. I got patient, easy to understand advice without trying to oversell me on something that I don't need. Initially I purchased a bike that really wasn't my first choice (my mistake, not theirs), and the staff there graciously allowed me to change my choice and purchase what I REALLY wanted. (The first bike never left their store). This business did not have to do this for me...this was a very generous and accommodating gesture on their part. GREAT customer service. If you need any kind of bike for any age, for any purpose, this IS your bike shop. This is indeed a business, but there is always room for kindness...thank you to the staff here for your kindness. Again, for anything bike related, this is the bike shop for great service, advice and quality products...and kindness...

Staff was very knowledgeable, patient, and seemed interested in finding the right bike for me. The tech I dealt with for set-up was very detail oriented, taking the time to make sure everything was dialed in "just right". The place can get pretty busy during peak times during peak season, so using the Google recommended times helps a lot.

I love this store , the staff and owner are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I bought my baby a helmet and they helped to fit it on his head, they were so sweet and gentle. I’m looking forward to buying his first bike from here when he gets a bit bigger.

I come here for all my bike needs! Great service, attentive staff, very knowledgeable, and fair! They are there to greet you and offer their advice however they can. Store is clean with noticeable upgrades as of lately! Definitely recommend Cyclepath!

I just love the service at Cyclepath. Brought my bike in for a tune-up (free for two years after I purchased a fantastic pedal- assist bike last year.) The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. I trust their advice and fell like they really care to look after me as a customer. Great place to have in the neighbourhood!

Have used The Cyclepath a couple of times for small purchases and some bike maintenance, and have found the staff helpful and responsive. Prices are reasonable and the inventory is good considering the state of the supply chain. Most recently I had a set of wheels trued and the mechanic did a good job of getting 95% of the wobble out of the wheels for a decent price. Overall, happy with my experience at this store.
