★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These folks were great. They fixed my broken screen, which had come unstuck from the phone, by gluing it back on without even charging me. They also gave me options of how to fix it better, like a screen replacement which is needed for my type of phone... but I chose to go with the glue because it was cheapest for me and I am going to buy a new phone anyway. Overall, fantastic service. I would definitely go back there again for any new repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with uBreakifix and would highly recommend their services to anyone! Kyle was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our phone had a black screen although only 2 months old. Kyle went the distance to diagnose the problem and complete the repair in a very short period of time!! After getting the run around from our service provider, it was so amazing to finally receive such excellent customer service! Please give Kyle a bonus or a raise because he is a great benefit to your company! I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you so much!

Kyle was amazing. Great service and helped us figure out why our PC wasn’t reading the storage disk for the longest time.
Honest and reliable. Recommend to anyone who needs their tech fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my tablet with a broken recharging port to uBreakiFix to assess the situation and get honest feedback about the chances for bringing it back to normal. They said they could make no promises but they would do their best and if they were unsuccessful, there would be no charge. Happily they successfully installed a new port and charged me exactly what they had quoted. I'm not sure if it was their repair, but it now seems to charge more quickly and hold the charge longer. I know where all my subsequent repairs are going now. As a bonus, their weekly emails contain some very handy hints for device self maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the unfortunate situation of dropping my computer on its side with my headphones plugged in, which caused the headphone jack to break off inside the headphone port (RIP my Beats Headphones). This experience was horrifying, as I could not get the headphone jack out myself and a Mac store would not touch the computer with a 6 foot pole, but advised me to take the computer to a computer repair shop. I end up at uBreakiFIx, and the store employee takes a look at it, brings it to the back and viola, not even 10 seconds later, he comes back out and the headphone jack was removed! Not even David Copperfield could remove it as fast. He states that he used a special instrument to pull out that little devil. Best of all, because he took so little time to take it out, the procedure was FREE!! It's rare that I see 0 dollars outside of 0$ delivery fee ads on Uber Eats. I thanked him and was on my way in no time. Below are before and after photos, and of course, a big old thumbs up for appreciation!

I was referred to this company/location by my local Freedom store - my brand new Samsung A52 went berserk with flickering screens, half screens and no screen at all. I had just bought this phone on October 28, 2021 and had to take it to them on November 17, 2021.
David greeted me at the counter.
I explained the problem and showed him what I was talking about. He said to leave it with them and they would have a look. Boy, I was so glad I did. This phone was a manufacturing dud.
They did what they could in-shop, but this phone had to be sent out to be gutted! All new insides! They provided me with a loaner and I was on my way.
I got to know the other half of this efficient team, Kyle, over the next few weeks as they regularly kept me up to date by phone.
Finally, they called on December 8, 2021, and advised that my phone was back and ready for pickup. YAY!
These guys are friendly, know their stuff and go out of their way to make things right - a combination pretty hard to find these days. Highly recommended.

He even personally delivered my phone to a closer location to make it convenient for me after some issues I had after receiving my phone back from repairs. Excellent service. And very affordable (almost 1/4 of what Apple quoted me). My iPhone is like brand new! Thank you!

The service was prompt, professional and fast! I am pleased and would definitely recommend them for any phone repairs. I used them in another time in the past for another iPhone screen and battery replacement.
