★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Older Moto phone had an issue with the charging port and I needed it replaced. They had the parts ready and I was told to come back the before they closed. It was ready to go when I came back a few hours later. I'm very satisfied with the service and price received. I visited two stores before this and I was told I would have to wait 2-3 days while they ordered the part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My computer was acting glitchy, so I brought it in. I waited 10 minutes - far less time than I wait for service at Best Buy which is chronically understaffed. At Fone Tech I got great personal attention. The technician kept the laptop overnight and phoned the next day saying that he ran tests and made sure it was updated. He could find nothing wrong. He then made some suggestions for the future and didn't charge me anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner seems very rude and always has a stank rude look on his face. I've been there twice and when he is serving customers his face just has a dirty look on it, I'm not sure why. If you don't like your business, maybe you should have started a different one. As a customer it makes me feel uncomfortable when your purchasing something from someone and they have a look on their face where they seem very unappreciative. Its disgusting!!!! This is not a fake review and stop gas lighting people. Own up to it!!!!!!
