M	Matt Riker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant makes no effort to hide that it's trying to out-McDonald's McDonald's. To that effect, their fries are very similar, the shakes are better, and the Big Ma-- err, Rudy, has a bit more beef. Unfortunately, delivery took quite a while (over 1 hour) and the food arrived cold. After heating up the fries and burgers, the taste and textures were disappointing. Even if the food hadn't been cold, the nail in the coffin is the price. Rudy is about twice the price for a fairly comparable meal at McDonald's, but isn't nearly twice as good. (Note to restaurants: I don't do follow ups, and consider delivery partners/issues a restaurant's responsibility.)

We ordered 4 rude dude burgers and 2 side poutines and paid around $60. The poutine portion (lrg) was good but it didn't taste the greatest. We would have this again but would probably try another side. Service was quick as I ordered online and picked up within 15-20 mins.
K	Karolina Surowiec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was getting popular from social media so I decided to try it with my friends. We got the Rudy Burger,Valentino Burger, poutine and fries. Rudy Burger is just good. The Rudy sauce it pretty good I enjoyed it. The Valentino burger which is the chicken burger feels like it’s missing something. The chicken is really crispy and it’s juicy. The Valentino mild sauce that is on the burger is just Frank’s hot sauce to be honest. Fries and not bad, poutine is good and has actual cheese curds which is nice. Overall it’s not bad, good price for what you get. No complaints about customer service, staff was nice and you could tell they are a little overwhelmed. So there’s a bit of a wait for your food.

L	L L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 90% tasted like Shake Shack. The bun melted in your mouth. But the patty has a bit too much oil. Poutine is by average. Price is higher than other burger store and the portion is smaller.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a better burger, my daughter and I were contemplating sharing it but at the last minute I decided to get 2. She said I was lucky because she would not have shared. She actually finished hers before me. Now that’s saying something. We also got the poutine with fries well done, not sure if they did cook them to that spec but if they did I’m glad I asked for it, they were amazing too with actual squeaky cheese curds the way they are meant to be with a quality poutine. Service was meh, not busy so we were in and out in under 10. 100% we will be back! Now you just need to give it a try.
