K	Kanri Arslan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the owner has loose screws, went to repair my laptop and was discussing price and more information about the service that i had received, his employee was polite and showed intent to help but the owner started screaming and cussing and telling me to get out the store if i dont want the service and says that i am wasting his time. that shows this man shows no appreciation for the people that come and shop at the store. he even started screaming at this other employee who was trying to say something to me. i like helping small businesses but this place is off my list
J	Justin Comeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very flexible, accomidating and patient. Was looking for an HDMI adapter for my new laptop. Had to exchange the cord 2 times before we got it right but they never have me hassle for it. Superb experience overall

L	Lahey Rondeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is ran by SCAMMERS! Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This place is jokes. They sold me a hard drive that was supposed to be 1TB. It had some hand writing on it and I questioned whether it was new or not. They said yes it was new and that it was 1TB. I got home, opened the bag and its was a 320 gig drive that was dead. I was blown away. It was an old drive that was from another system and they sold it to me in as a new product. At this point, It's not even worth my time to go back to this store or deal with these jokers. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

He was very honest and helpful with the information and suggestions in what's best to do which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend this shop to anyone who has electronic issues or is looking for electronics or to go see a friendly face :)

Multiple occasions now they've helped me work around various odd technical experiments and mishaps, where I've had little to no knowledge to begin with. Decent prices on the stuff I've gotten too, from brand new items to souped-up older refurbished computer. Definitely my local go-to!

So I brought it back,the associated fixed it,brought it home it the volume worked for an hour and then stopped. Brought it back and they have been been fixing it for over a month now. Everytime I had in to pick it up,it was not ready. Finally they call, I went in to pick it up worked for a day and now it is frozen. I use this tablet for maybe 4 days out of the 3/4months I had it. This is unacceptable, what kind of sketchy business is this. I will never shop at that store again,they are literally selling junk to people. In this event I should have went to a big box store than ever to support this small/ sketchy business. Waste of money and my time,wish I was told sooner not to shop there,too late.
