★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is great. I called to ask for help regarding my iPhone, and a wonderful man named Kai helped me fix my issue. I am not that great with technology, but he was very patient and walked me through the entire process which I am incredibly thankful for. Will be making sure this is the store I come to whenever I have an apple problem that needs fixing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsurprisingly (because they are so good at dealing with negligent and clumsy humans so humanely) Jennifer, Kieran and a third good soul I didn’t meet saved my second generation iPad pencil with a quick and painless fix that would have escaped me eternally. Doesn’t sound quite like an edge of the abyss experience, but at the price of a replacement I’m very pleased to have made all of my Apple purchases at Riverdale Mac and to enjoy the freedom to call on their ready expertise while never feeling that anything is an imposition. First rate people. May they remain there and prosper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I guess I could spend hours in a mall trying to get into a Mac store to be befuddled by a child making me feel stoopid for my lack of technical knowledge. OR, I can walk straight in to Riverdale Mac, talk to a grown up using words I understand and have all of my options laid out sensibly in a way I can understand. And this isn't a single experience. I've visited this store four times now and every time the service and solutions have been excellent. Long live Riverdale Mac! I like you and I endorse you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed after reading so many reviews. My daughter brought her MacBook Air that wasn't booting properly, charged her $250 to change wifi card (didn't report any wifi issues?!), she picked it up, still didn't boot, they said to bring it back. She did and they said it was beyond fixing, nothing could be done. This took over 2 wks (during her university exam period). Friend installed new SSD with OS - about $65 - working perfectly. $250 to be told it was "unfixable"?? Won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first choice for Toronto sales and service of Apple products! Friendly and professional service from the folks at Riverdale Mac. They were able to rummage through an old parts bin and find what I needed: a US-style electric plug adaptor, so that I was able to save 50 bucks on the purchase of a whole power assembly. Brilliant people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic experience replacing the charging case for my airpods pro after my puppy bit through it. (Lesson learned: you can't turn your back on them even for a second!) Service was friendly and fast, even though they are at the mercy of Apple's shipping times. Plus, the store is dog-friendly so I was able to bring the culprit in with me when I dropped the airpods off and picked them up again. Cost was the same as what I would have paid at the Apple store and the service was even better. I'll definitely be back -- and hopefully not because my dog decides to eat another expensive piece of electronics!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for a repair and ended up upgrading to a much better device. There was no wait (unlike at the apple store) and i got to take my new device home right away. Staff was friendly and helpful.location is super convenient for me.street and green P parking nearby. Came back to buy a device for my daughter. Such a nice experience. Highly recommend.
