He was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. In my case I had to buy a new phone. He helped me make the wisest selection abd even threw in a cover for me. ALFA mobike is,definitely tge place to go.

A	Alicia Simoes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke the LCD on my Samsung Galaxy S4 :/ Went in to have it fixed by Alpha Mobile on Pape and Danforth Ave. I was in and out with my phone being fixed within half an hour. Had a defect issue come up with the screen after I initially had it fixed by Raj and Ahmed. So, I brought it back to have them take a look at it. Again, they fixed it right away. Great customer service, fair prices based on the issue/make and model of the phone + an overall pleasant experience. Thank you! I recommend going to see these guys with all your mobile/laptop fixing needs.

R	Ryerson Maric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cracked the touch screen on my OnePlus One. I was very upset because I knew getting it repaired would be very difficult since it is not an easy phone to come by. However, when I walked into the doors or Alfa Mobile I was calmed down right away by Raj. He saw my frustration and was extremely helpful. He checked right away to make sure they had the part they needed. They did! After that it was a very smooth process. I appreciated his honesty and transparency. He told me that it was the first time they would be repairing a OnePlus One but was able to quote me for the work right away (it was a reasonable quote and it remained the same when I came back to pick up the phone). The process was pretty fast, 2 days (I have previously worked in cellphone warranty and I know the turn around time can sometimes take a lot longer). They offered me a loaner phone, which I declined because I had another I could use. They kept in touch with me and let me know when they expected the phone to arrive back in store. When I came to pick it up I met Ahmed, who, just as Raj, was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me get my phone set up again with SIM card and let me wait around while a examined the quality of the work performed. I was quite impressed; the phone looked brand new. I have had it back for two weeks now and have not had a single problem with the new touch screen. If you have any problems with your phone (or it is out of warranty) I would HIGHLY recommend visiting the professionals at Alfa Mobile. Thanks again guys!
