Horrible service. I asked the associate if they would put the tempered glass for my iPhone 7 plus. He was very polite before I paid and said they would do it. But after paying, he gave the phone to another associate who caused many air bubbles. Later they suddenly turned super rude and said that’s the best they can do. They started saying they normally don’t put the tempered glass and that if I could have done better I should have put it myself! Very arrogant behaviour!

The stuff was friendly, all the plans are cheap. But the signal is just too bad. The signal in my house is very erratic, and cant even connect to LTE.

THE GUY AT STORE WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL IN NATURE HE DID SETUP MY 2 PHONES TRANSFERRED ALL STUFF FROM ONE PHONE 2 ANOTHER AND WAS ALSO DEALING WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS VERY MULTITASKING .

This store is B/S the worst customer service I had. My sister bought a cell phone from them after 10 min they did not take it back as long we all know stores has 15 days policy of return if you didn’t like it or something wrong with it but they told us no, I asked for head office number they said no we are not allowed to give, i asked his named he said no I can’t give my name. They tell you right in front of you that they are doing wrong so that’s why they are scared of giving information. I don’t know what country’s policy and customer service they give to people they are not honest to customers. And the staff works inside they don’t have the knowledge of speaking appropriate to laddies. I was shocked with their service. They ask people to pay cash I don’t know what are they trying to do with customers seems fishy to me.

The employees working there knows their stuff pretty well. Best location to get deals with Chatr in East York town centre.

Extremely bad customer service at this location. Went in to try to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 only to be told "this phone is at the end of it's life cycle" and "we can't order it anymore because Samsung isn't selling them" Seriously????? Last time I checked S9 and S9+ phones were still being sold at Samsung, sold through retailers etc. Can't stress enough if you need any Freedom mobile related business to go to the actual store near the Dollarama they are infinitely better and don't lie to get you to try to get a new line to make commission.

Guys dont buy any phones from here. They are doing some under the table work and are selling stolen phones. I bought my s6 from here and it got locked all of the sudden. I took it to different mobile shops and all of them told me that phones imei number got bugged because the device was stolen. I even came to value mobile but they refused to help. Do your self favour and dont waste your money here.

I was at the Thornvliffe location where I waited appromately 30 minutes in line which is to be expected so not a problem there around this time but I am leaving one star because the staff was extremely rude. I was served by a girl who first refused to take payment saying that they don't accept payment for Freedom mobile to which I replied thats incorrect because I was told to make payments at the store when I got the two plans. Then she proceeded to look up the account and said she can't find my account under any of my phone numbers and she was basically being dismissive and very unhelpful and I said it's ok I'll wait for the other person because he's the one that told me I could pay at the store. She then told me to wait outside the store and I complied even though she had a very rude tone as she was giving an order to a lesser being and I found her tone very offwnsice. Anyway a few minutes later when my turn came back I went in and she began staring me down which seemed really inappropriate and rude but I wasn't going to let her push me around because it was becoming clear she did not know what she was doing. I finally got to explain to the other associate that she can't seem to look up my number and he tried to tell me to come back two days later and I explained my phone isnt working so at least he can try to look up the account after I waited 45 minute and sure enough he had no trouble finding my account and taking the payment. At this time the lady became very aggressive and she started talking AT me even though I was dealing directly with the other associate as per his request and even he seemed afraid to tell her to stop. She was acting as if she would reach over the counter and physically attack me if she could because she didn't like being wrong. She continued to stare me down and I found her behaviour very repulsive and vulgur and I told the other staff I just wanted to pay my bill and leave. Her behaviour was really odd considering how quickly she would cry fowl or a phobia if someone else behaved with her the way she was behaving towards a customer. I really felt this lady was being evil and all she cared about was the dollars coming in and would try to push customers around whenever she could. It's strange how people are fake and behave differently when you are buying something from them but this was definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I've even heard of where Staff tries to stare you down when they don't even have the competence to process a simple transaction like accepting a payment and the compensate by trying to push customers around to appear right. Experiences like these make it feel like we are living in OZ, pretty much an upside down world. Its a shame because the main guy at the store was nice when I dealt with him but he couldn't do much to stop this completely inappropriate and vulgur behaviour from his staff. Otherwise the review would've been quite different. This lady really shouldn't be working in customer service.
