I went to this location for covid test at 5:40 they said it closed and send me away. I even mentioned that online it saying 7 she's like no we close at 6 worst also i told them still 15 min left lady told me to go different location.

Called. Recording said 'you are 11 in queue'...waited & waited & waited...then I was '8 in queue'...waited & waited & waited...then I was '5 in queue'...waited & waited & waited...then I was '1 in queue'...waited & waited & waited...then (drum roll)... 'we cannot take your call at this time, please call back' (not sure what happened to in between numbers). Called back 'later'. Recording said 'we cannot take your call. Please call back'. Thorncliffe Costco have run out of vaccines. Really?? A hotspot?? Crazy!

They were awsome in there. My son was terrified about taking the test and they made him feel very comfortable. I my self am very nervous about taking it too from all the horror stories you hear about this q-tip getting shoved up your nose to the back of your throat but after seeing my son get it done it made me feel comfortable and I'm going back today to get it done. Thanks guys.
