This lab claims to be fully digital and able to handle all Implant company implants. Recently we had a case that was sent in digitally on July 26th and was to be returned August 12th. The case sat in the lab until August 7th, then I received several phone calls asking what Implants were involved, asking for more time, =blaming the Implant supplier, who they never contacted till I gave them the contact on the 9th. Then promised to have it back on the 16th at 8:30 am. Well arrived today August 19th at 9:30. The patient had to be rescheduled several times with chair time lost. Very disappointing. Never in 25 years have I had a LAB treat me with such poor support and service. Perhaps they are over promising and under delivering!!

I have visited Pro-Art Dental Laboratory a few times over the last past number of years. The staff here are excellent and definitely helped to assuage any fears I may have had regarding my dental repairs. Ruby was always so lovely and helpful to speak with. Micheal was always very pleasant and understanding with me. Andrew is a master at his craft! Something that I just couldn't seem to grasp Andrew very patiently explained it to me, again and then again until finally I got it... I appreciate that kind of personal attention... I have been using this lab for more than 30 years and in all this time the work has been exceptional and the staff very friendly and extremely competent.They have a continuing education programme for dentists and they make an exceptional effort to continuously improve and modernize there services and the staff. They are very good at working as a team with the dentist and patient and are very helpful in planning cases no matter how complex. I have always appreciated the excellent work they provide for me and the patient. Keep up the good work!!

Just had a great phone call with one of the laboratory technicians here. She was brilliant for suggesting solutions for complex bruxism. I would recommend them for making devices and finding best solutions for patients.

Aka. Bunch of boomers want to take advantage of millennials. Yes! EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES BEWARE!!!! Since someone on the comments mentioned this place's career options(!) -like seriously???!- I'd like to talk about my interview for an opening position in the past. I think as much as the candidates and employees are expected to be professionals and well mannered, we have to have and expect employers and owners to be professional and well mannered as well. You may not consider a candidate for an opening position after the interview process: sure be my guest! However, if you give them your word to inform them after a certain timeline about your decision and not even have the bother&professionalism&respect to reply their email requesting any update is beyond being UNPROFESSIONAL. Lets accept: IT'S PLAIN RUDE. Have some manner people. BTW they were very welcoming and positive thru the interview until they asked about my salary expectation which was half of the market/Job Bank value. Suddenly their face and approach changed..... You can go find yourself a modern slave elsewhere babes. The dentist I visit regularly for years is beyond your league anyways. I wouldn't work at your place with those furnitures looked like they're from 70s anyways. EWWW they smelled so old and bad too #sorrynotsorry. I figured google maps put the one star comments behind so thats the only reason I am giving 2 stars actually so that as many as people can read this. P.S. Yes, I am aware that Helen Mirren is a boomer but she's dope OKKKUUURRR
