Our technician Matt took the time to explain the issues we were encountering with our leaking kitchen sink pipes and our clogged dishwasher and the steps that were taken to rectify the issue. Our family was very pleased with the service and our experience with Hoerner. We'll be utilizing their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have integrity. I had to get a new tankless water heater and it turned out great. It's easy for people to do the bare functional minimum and call it a day, but Nick took responsibility for his work and made sure everything and the installation was at its best.

What I most appreciated was that there was always someone there to take calls and answer questions. A rare commodity these days.

I decided on one of them and the job was well done. Claire was very professional and pleasant in her customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoerner was a very honourable company to deal with. Our boiler acted up on a Friday. When the fix didn’t work, they credited the Friday service call and managed to install a new boiler on a Saturday. Matt was extremely patient with us and we felt he went above and beyond. Then when I didn’t understand the billing (it was confusing because of the credit) they were incredibly patient with the explanation. Under stressful circumstances they were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Thanks!

Called Hoerner when my water heater went south after many years.
Despite being a very busy time, Robyn looked after me & was able to schedule a visit within a couple of days. Upon arrival, the technician (Nick) examined the tank and, after a discussion of alternatives, made good recommendations as to the best solution, which was outright replacement.
Again, Robyn able to set up the job in record time, and within the next couple of days, we had an installation scheduled for a new tank.
The job was done by Matt and Claire. It was amazing to watch them at work, as they expertly removed the old tank & brought in the new one through the narrow basement stairs and uneven ground at my residence.
The installation process was accomplished quickly and efficiently; it was clear that both Matt & Claire were extremely well-versed and knowledgeable, and meticulous in ensuring every step was covered and that the tank was operational before they thoroughly cleaned up the work site & took everything away.
All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the entire job and with my experience with Hoerner; I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing an installation or repair job they can rely on.
