★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a smaller Home Depot located way in the back of Gerrard Square. Go past the Food Basics and make a right down the alley. There is a multi-level parking garage but parking on the ground level is reserved for contractors. The store itself is well lit and the staff seem helpful. It seems to have most of what you would expect but due to the size there may be less variety or quantities. Be sure to check the stock level online to avoid a wasted trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed to learn that it would take 3-5 days to refund my returned items. I am a small contractor and I had purchased the wrong type of circuit breakers for a client. Not receiving the refund immediately meant I couldn't buy the replacement circuit breakers. Somewhat embarrassed, I had to contact the client and ask if he could send me more money for the purchase. This is not performance Home Depot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit disorganized and the parking situation is not ideal. Has the basics. I would recommend curbside pickup for this location. Positives would be accessibility to public transit and proximity to Walmart and a grocery store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't go to home Depot often, but when I do I usually go at least three times in that day. Once to get a solution to my problem and maybe a part or tool to help me do the job, once more when I break the part or tool or realize I made a bad measurement or didn't get enough time/grout/paint. Then once more when I complete the project only to realize the problem still exists and the solution I thought I had wasn't the solution to the problem I had. My last project I returned a number of tools bought that either broke on me or just weren't quite right and each time Home Depot was very helpful to process everything. I like it there. I hope the next time I go it won't be more than once though.

This store is tiny, and doesn't have much selection from what I seen yesterday. It was my first time visiting this location, and was disappointed at both Google Maps for taking me there and also the size of your store.
Maybe you should find a way to let Google know yours is a small store and only has limited stock?

I am amazed at how how they are trained. Great management and a well-organized store. The two ladies were very knowledgeable about the products and gave great service. Keep up the great work!!
