The clinic welcomed me as a new patient with open arms. Dr. Firooze Zolfagharirah transformed my smile in 1 visit. What she accomplished in 1 appointment, it would have taken other dentists 3 appointments. She and the staff are inviting, friendly, professional, experts and wonderful. The receptionists were able to find appointments in a short amount of time and best part is they called me when I reached my dental insurance coverage before proceeding with any further appointments which I appreciated.

This was my second visit to Riverdale Dental. I am really impressed by the care the staff have shown me. Very knowledgeable, professional & friendly. Thank you to Luz & Dorie for the excellent care you gave to me….much appreciated. ?

Only cleaned one side of my teeth within the time allotted. Dentist stated I needed all my fillings replaced. Got second opinion. No need. Never has any dentist ever told me that. Always had a clear check-up. I think she was just trying to make money for her practice. Never returned.

GREAT STAFF and HYGIENISTS! Avoid Dr. Rahimi at all costs- my tooth completely died because of the Invisalign treatment she recommended when my teeth WERE NOT suitable for such treatment. Now I need to get a root canal and bleaching done since the tooth turned completely grey. She failed to offer a reasonable treatment plan for me - just kept telling me let's wait and see. UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL

I had Invisalign treatment done here during high school and it was a very positive experience. Dr. Rahimi took care of my treatment perfectly to get the results I wanted with safe and controlled teeth adjustments. The best part? The orthodontic device is discreet and the treatment was practically painless throughout.

Very discriminatory and rude receptionist! If I could give no stars for this experience, I would. I had been very fond of this clinic and have been going there for many years. However, unfortunately, I have encountered a highly unprofessional attitude that has left me completely speechless. I had an appointment originally scheduled for 2:20. Approaching my appointment time I decided to call because I did not receive an appointment reminder like I usually do. A receptionist by the name of Hale or Haleh answered and proceeded to tell me that there was a reminder sent out to me (there was none). She went on to say that my appointment was as at 3 and not 2:20. This is a big inconvenience to me as I was already on limited time. When I corrected her about this, she in Turkish said “are you stupid”, which was surprising as she never spoke to me in my language all this time, I never knew she was Turkish. Perhaps she spoke in Turkish so that others near would not understand her insulting me. When I asked why she hadn’t spoke in Turkish to me before she said “because I do not like Turkish people and I do not want Turkish customers coming here, don’t come”. She continued to be disrespectful and insult me. Upon this, I requested her managers number and she refused to give me any number, claiming that there was no manager. I had to ask another associate. Upon arrival to the clinic I did not want to engage with her, I told my dentist what had happened. He called her to the room to clear things up. When confronted about the appointment reminder she stated that “the machines were down” so reminders were not sent out, which is clearly contradictory to what she had told me, saying that a reminder was sent out. My dentist even noticed her attitude towards me and said to her “You can not talk to my client like this”. I have contacted management and I hope they will take this complaint seriously and take some action against the rude and unprofessional behaviour of Hale/Haleh. Will update. This is unacceptable. An individual with that much hatred towards a specific ethnic group should not be working here.

I had a lovely visit today. The front desk, dental hygienist, and dentist were awesome. Caring and having friendly smiles. I don’t have cavities. Thanks Riverdale Dental my favourite clinic. I’ll see you next year. Happy New Year. Be safe. ???

Fantastic staff and atmosphere. The front staff and Dental hygienists are extremely friendly and help you feel at ease. Dr. Mona is amazing!!! I highly recommend her. She helps put anxious patient like myself at ease and talks through what she’s doing. She’s so great that I’m going to make her my new regular dentist. I highly recommend Riverdale Clinic!
