β β β β β My first appointment since the pandemic begin (almost 2 years) and it was just like old times. Very well organized, friendly staff. I felt very safe returning. All safety protocols in place. Conveniently located about a 2 minute walk from Pape station. Highly recommended.

β β β β β I had an amazing experience here. I needed a new dentist and saw these folks in my neighbourhood. Was enticed by the good reviews on google and was not let down. I went here for my first check up and cleaning in far too long and felt totally taken care of. The demeanour and attitude of everyone I crossed paths with was professional, calm, and kind. Just lovely people all around.
Special shoutout to Dr. Jiwa who I believe is a truly great dentist. After only meeting him for one check up I would trust him with any operation or work needed. I'm usually much more tense in the dentist chair but his down to earth nature really helped me relaxed. His assistant, who I thought was named Simetra, but I couldn't find her on the website, so perhaps it was Silvana, either way she was great too. She never made me feel rushed as we moved through all my X-rays and photos, and we had a few laughs too.
And then, after my check up and X-rays and finding out what work was needed, I had a fantastic cleaning done by the lovely and talented Sara. Truly a phenomenal experience all around. Thanks to the whole team at Danforth Neighbourhood Dental Centre for making me feel so welcome on my first day with you. I'll be back for sure, and I totally recommend trying them out if you're looking for a wonderful dental experience.

β β β β β I called to book a hygiene appointment and they told me that I would have to wait 1.5 months.
Ridiculous.
They also disappointed me when I went for a cleaning a year ago and charged me close to $3,000.
It is a very convenient location, that is why I wanted to go back; however, I don't think it is worth waiting close to 2 months for a cleaning.

β β β β β Front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming. Facility is nice and clean. But I'm leaving this review because Jordana (the hygenist) is the best hygienist of all time in Toronto. I never knew it could be painless and positive experience. She is so gentle yet effective, with great attention to detail (if a drop of water hits your cheeks, she's on it!). I plan to only book her, and follow her to whichever dental clinic she will ever work at.

β β β β β Best experience ever at a dentist! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They do direct billing with your insurance so thatβs a great plus. Very easy to become a new patient, high end machines and most dental surgeries can happen on site. Would recommend anyone to switch over to this place for dental work!
