I am NOT a good dental patient and have avoided seeing one for years. I've had 4 appointments so far (with some pretty extensive work); and Dr. Vera has been gentle, confident, efficient and calming. The technician who cleaned my teeth over two visits was professional and competent, and the front of house staff have been friendly and helpful. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Queen Street Dental Centre is fantastic. I have been a patient for 15 years and there staff has taken incredible care of me during that period. The office is in great shape and the staff are consummate professionals. 5 Stars.

Queen street dental centre is the best!! Other dentists couldn’t handle our children’s anxiety, but the Dr and hygienists here are able to relax the kids and complete the treatment without fear of returning. It’s been a great switch for the whole family.

I have gone to the Sugarmans for 16 years now. They are courteous and kind and patient. I have always just needed cleanings. But, today I had to get to their office for an emergency extraction and they saw me immediately. They calmly and professionally did the procedure and it was the most positive outcome of what was, for me, a horrible ordeal. Dr Walton and his team were fabulous and comforting. I am so pleased with the service, care and follow up. I highly recommend Queen Street Dental.

I have been coming to Queen St Dental for almost 4 years now, not reliably, but for that long. Dr. James Sugarman is the kindest, nicest dentist I have ever had. When I initially came in some years ago I hadn't been to the dentist is quite some time, not once was I made to feel badly about this, we came up with a care plan for my mouth and went from there. I had a cleaning with Shawn yesterday he is top notch, and the ladies at the front are easy to talk to and work with to find appointments that work for your schedule. Overall wonderful experience, as usual.

Best dental practice - in my opinion! I understand this review may appear biased, but I assure you this opinion is substantiated with clear evidence... I have been a patient of Doctors Vickie and James Sugarman for 30 years – yes, THIRTY! They are both highly skilled and extremely kind. I have undergone numerous procedures over the years with only positive results (extractions, bridges, veneers). Even periodontal work - Dr. Phil Walton has performed a couple of gum grafts for me and one for my daughter. Amazing work! In fact, my daughter has been a patient at this practice her whole life. Her first introduction to a dentist was sitting on my lap (as a wee baby) while Dr. Vickie Sugarman counted my teeth. Neither of us are ever fearful of seeing our dentist because they are the best in the business. What about the rest of the team - you ask? Kind, diligent, caring and professional. People who make that extra effort to provide the best service and interaction possible. The front office staff are welcoming and informed. Anyone who has felt the frustration of submitting claims to their insurance provider will appreciate their outstanding help and follow through. The dental assistants have a calming presence. That initial discussion regarding overall health and dental issues, while medically necessary, more importantly for me, helps me settle in and relax. The hygienists are so gentle and thorough. I clean very carefully before I go and they still find crud - well done! Now, no-one wakes up in the morning thinking "Yippee, today I go to the dentist. My favourite thing to do!" But this dental practice makes it seem almost possible. A+ all the way!

I had a great experience at Queen Street Dental. Dr. Sugarman was great - really gently and calming and best of all - thorough. My Hygienist - Sean was awesome. Super professional and friendly and also thorough. My teeth feel so clean and he took the time to go over how I can even do more at home to keep my teeth healthy. The office itself was spotless and lots of precautions were being taken. I highly recommend.

I have been coming here my entire life, 23 years and although I don’t like going to the dentist. I have always had a great experience, Dr Vickie Sugarman has always taken care of me! They have quite a few good associates as well!
