So glad that he is my dentist. The office is central with lots of parking. There is a winners, grocery store, tims, walmart and home depot so it is a great location. If your looking for someone wonderful this office has fabulous people working there. They treat you likeep you are family. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is a fantastic place.

Dr Lu is a very kind person, he even explained my surgery status between every steps. I definitely will recommend this dental office to whom is reading this review and to my friend

I have been going to see him for the past 10 to 15 years and could not imagine going to see someone else. He takes very good care of me and if I have had a emergency he has always taken very good care of me regardless of an appointment or not he would do what he could to help me in a timely manner. I would recommend him and his associates to anyone who asked or was in need of a great dentist. He is the only reason I still go to Gerrard Square besides some of the other stores but not many.

I left and came back recently after many years to find out that his daughter, Dr. Stephanie Ma is part of the practice now. I've had nothing but great experiences over the years and the last visit I had was with Dr. Stephanie and she did a terrific job. They are a caring and kind family! Traditional values which I always appreciate :) Thank you Dr. Ma and Dr. Ma!!!

About 8 months ago I discussed with Dr. Lu about teeth alignment (I was 58 at that time). After examination and professional review that I was a good candidate, we decided to go with Invisalign. Today I went for my last follow up. I am 80/100 satisfied with the result and I was further informed by Dr. Lu that there is refinement program if I wish to pursue/prolong the treatment. To talk about the treatment alone, of course, it all depends on self-discipline that I wear the trays as often as I could. However, it's always the passion and encouragement of Dr. Lu that made my treatment ride started from a struggle but now turns to a daily oral maintenance. This is a decision I made 8 months ago to align my teeth when I realized my teeth were getting disoriented and I was spitting when I talked, which was gross, I know. I realized the need to improve my oral grooming before I lose a set of nicely aligned teeth or spit as I talk. To conclude, dentists in this clinic are all precious gems to me. It's never too late to take care of our teeth, regardless of age. I have no hesitation to recommend this clinic to any one who's hunting for a good and passionate dentist, one who will not scare you away... Many thanks to this clinic and I do appreciate for the patience of Dr. Lu and I am so proud to be your patient.

Dr. Ma has been a fantastic dentist since I have started seeing him as my regular dentist. Just recently, his daughter, Dr. Stephanie Ma, took out my wisdom teeth, not only one tooth, but three of my wisdom teeth in all separate appointments! It was painless and she made me comfortable while I was in the chair. The staff and service is great and friendly and I would definitely recommend to all those who live in the area or in the greater Toronto area. Their other dentist, Dr. Roger Lu, makes dental cleanings as pleasant as possible. I love a conversation every now and again and I really appreciate catching up with them every so often. 5 out of 5 stars would recommend!!
