★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what they do differently here. But time after time the staff are top tier, very observant and helpful without a hint of overbearing. Well trained or carefully hired or both, I love this home depot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free parking and not too busy. Staples sells Sodastream refills and Winners n yummy Chinese buns upstairs Not upscale but good variety with Home Depot Walmart nail salon jewellery Food basics n other stores n food court on main level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It had been about 7 years since being there. Back then it was a very frequent shopping destination for myself and family. I was amazed that virtually nothing has changed.... like at all. Same dollar store upstairs. My God, The Source is still there.
Seemed stagnant. Also, people seemed to be staring at me a lot. Now, unless I had a giant booger hanging out the rim of a nostril, I was taught that was rude.
But, in case there actually was a booger I'm just deducting one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smaller Mall that is convenient. Has a Walmart a grocery store and food court. It's a nice one stop shopping centre if you don't like huge crowds but need to get errands done.

Gerrard Square will always have a special place in my heart!
I love the little bakery on the upper level, so many good choices to pick from, and the lady that works there is amazing, and friendly. She always gives us the best customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has stores and kiosks to shop in. That is a pro. Also there is a parking lot.
Other than that it seems they have terrible management.
Even in nice weather people smoke wherever they want, so that every time I need to go there I have to walk through a cloud of smoke (front entrance is a smoking lounge practically). I am not even sure what security does there at all.
Everyone parks in the fire zone in the back. Nobody is ever ticketed or towed (I have seen the same cars there when I go in as when I go out an hour later or so). Again, security?
My dental hygienist who is a slight young woman) says they make all employees park in the furthest spots in their raised parking lot. That is a terrible policy that puts her and others at risk. One more time, security?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of variety at this mall, Food Basics, Walmart, Planet Fitness, Bank, Staples, food court. There is a McDonalds outside on the same property, a rough crowd can be found outside I can't even count how many people I seen outside just bleeding l not in good health. There is a streetcar route that passes right in front of the mall and it is very frequent. If you're looking for a clean grocery store head down Gerard St to Coxwell there is one of the best No Frills in the city there.
If you're looking for building supplies Home Depot is your best bet. There is a Popeyes Chicken here though it's only accessible from a Gerrard St Entrance same as Tim Hortons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of parking in this small shopping mall. They have every thing you need. Home Depot Walmart, Food Basic, Staples, Tim Horton and many more. Small food court offer many choices with tasty home made flavor & bubble tea.
