N	Nick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crooks that make it as hard as possible to cancel memberships. Any other gym has an online or over the phone cancellation policy Edit: They say "Reach out to management" but when you do, they demand you mail in an outdated cancellation form or show up in person (not an option when out of province). Emails remain unanswered, phone rings with no response. I've been charged for 3 years of unused membership fees and will be requesting a stop payment from my bank for unauthorized transactions
A	Adam Avenus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t have squat racks or Bench presses of any kind. All they have is dumbells with no mirror in their dumbell, free weight section. To anyone who actually trains, this place is not for you. They shpuld let people know this and / or advertise it before making them come in, sign up, etc. when I couldnt find them I asked and was told this gym is “for beginners and old people”…. Really? Then tell me that. I sure don’t look like a beginner or old person.
M	Muhammad Alamgir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GIVE YOUR CREDITCARD OR DEBIT CARD INFO AT THIS LOCATION I cancelled my membership on August 17 2021 but they still took money out of my account on September 17 October 1 annual fee and oct 17 Nov Dec Feb March and April 2022. i went in spoke to reagan and she was like we will contact HQ and 2 weeks later no response. Raegan said she can only give 3 months of refund not the rest . I still have no refund given to me at all. Raegan assistant manager and the general manager both refuse to give me full refund. They take your debit card and with out knowing and your consent they take money out of your account. I am planning on taking them to smalll claim court for money they owe me unnecessary time off from work and stress and the court fees and more.
A	*Anthony Hin** on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled my membership, found out they’ve been charging me a year after I’ve cancelled. 12 months of payments with no permission to take. They don’t even answer the phone either. They just keep taking more and more money.

The stuff needs to shut off the two big roof fans or at least to reduce the speed. I said that to the front desk many times but they didn’t do much . Please do something !! If you going to reply to my review , please don’t tell me to talk with the stuff. This is just running from responsibility , you have to do something. I read many views and others are having the same issue with coldness .

Busy during the regular time as any other gym between 5-8 weekdays. Black card membership is worth it as you get access to all the extra perks like massage chairs, tanning and multiple location access.

M	Mohammed Saleh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am going to sign up at this gym today, it’s all because the amount of details and explanation I received form worker who named Camila, I am surprised by the best service and wonderful conversation I had with her she is so patient, lovable. I have came last week to same location but never felt comfortable and understanding about the gym although I want to sign up at this club because it’s reasonably price and 24hrs but today I really decided after she made everything clear to me , now I have confidence to start at this place . She really wants the best for us I liked how she offered about the gym and helping other customers at the same time I can see the satisfaction on people . Although my English wasn’t really good she helped me a lot and was so patient with me thank you very much Camilla . I appreciate you I am so excited to start at the gym and workout ??.
