Plus they've got some really cool art on the walls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just started taking up boxing at NFF a couple weeks ago and it has been such an amazing experience! The community is so friendly and welcoming, the classes are intense but always rewarding and i've already learnt so much. It's seriously the coolest place ever, can't wait to continue!

The trainers are really excellent, and give you as much support as you need to up your boxing game, while also being really welcoming and un-intimidating to beginners. I've brought tons of friends here and they all fall in love with this place - AND my fitness gains have been exponential since adding FIIT classes to my training schedule. I'm ripped. Don't even mess w me. Superb place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the classes here. I'm typically not a person that gets excited to work out, all my previous experience has been from going to the gym, and I didn't expect much going into FIIT. I came out from class 1 being so excited to come back and continue to work out which was a huge surprise to me. Kiian and Jason are both so encouraging and put together a really great program. Definitely going to keep coming back here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jason and Kiian are both great instructors. They take time to teach technique and challenge you to push towards your goals. Every class offers something a little different so it never gets boring. Super friendly community. No egos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend. The staff and current members are extremely welcoming - the gym has a great atmosphere! My partner and two teenage kids have also signed up, which means the whole family can get a fun workout in together. Great hours and great equipment. Take the plunge and give it a try!
