Purchased a defective fridge. Upon return was given store credit β€œper policy”. Over a year later sill have the unused card despite actively trying to find something to purchase at their stores. Reached out to both the Studio District store and the main Habitat office multiple times to try and return the unused card and get my money back, only to receive the same reply – β€œnot our policy”. I guess their policy is to sell defective product and then just wait for you to spend the credit on other items regardless of how long it takes. I have already lost money on renting a van and help to move the defective fridge and now have a Habitat for Humanity store credit card while borrowing money to cover monthly bills. Extremely disappointing to see an organization that prides itself on helping the community acting with such greed. Will not be purchasing from, donating to or otherwise supporting this organization in any way in the future.

DAVE IS THE BEST! I love going to this location, it's the only one I frequent now because of Dave and his outstanding team which ironically includes another Dave :). 2 Daves are better than one I guess, because it makes this location awesome.

In warmer months, I visit this Restore weekly and never fail to find a treasure or a need. I've bought furniture, lamps. paint and tools. Inventory turns over quickly so you have to go frequently. They will hold an item for you if transpo needs arranging. Even if your just browsing, it's worth a visit.

Items can be hit or miss. I snagged up a ceiling fan, brand new in the box for $60 which retails for $120 in big box stores. Although some pieces especially furniture, are priced way too expensive for something that's second hand.

Used to love this store , got some neat things. Today I stopped to see what they had . After not being in the store for a couple of years , I live 2 hrs away. What a shock. Prices are more than retail. Didn't buy a thing and won't be back.

Decent selection. Not cheap but reasonably priced. Can occasionally find a good deal.

Can sometimes find some nice things there, often more expensive than they should be for second hand furniture. New staff are loud and obnoxious, I couldn't stand being there for more than a few minutes. I miss the old staff.

Really helpful staff. Some really great deals and vintage finds, along with a lot of donated dead stock and overstock- lots of brand new ceiling lights in boxes. Lots of brand new bathroom hardware, tiles and flooring, although its usually small amounts. And they often have random things like Christmas decor or brand new board games/ kids silly pens. They also tend of have lots of donated showroom designer furniture- so you can get a brand new designer chair for a fraction of the price. I just read some other reviews, and maybe those people don't realize the chairs being sold for $300 would be $1000 at a store. And since its a charity- there is no tax so you also save 13%. I always try to buy at the Restore first before I go to a retailer.
