★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My local go-to Home Depot store. Just popped in to buy some yard waste bags. Easily found the right inside the door when I entered. Nice to see all their staff were wearing face masks. I'll definitely keep shopping here as a result. Quick self-check out facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curity wasn’t very busy but it took a really long time to pick up an online order in store. When the item was finally located it was missing a piece and they had no more so I had to return it on the spot and it was a wasted trip. It should have been an easy catch for the picker and they could have let me know the item was not available due to the missing part and saved me a trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prefer this Home Depot location over the one on Gerrard as this had ample parking, easier access and much friendlier staff. Returning items is no nonsense whereas the staff working the Return counter at the Gerrard location are extremely unpleasant, scrutinize far too heavily when utilizing Home Depot's standard return policy and accessing Gerrard is an absolute nightmare, fighting cars and patrons that go the mall, grocery store, bank and McDonald's.
I should also note that the rental vehicles and tools are always in greater shape at the Curity location so you'll know quite easily that you've returned your vehicle without damage when there's very little to no damage when first renting it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I went to the Home Depot to pick up a few things we needed to reconstruct a tv unit. As soon as we arrived at the Pro Desk we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance. Lawrence and another associate (I believe named Robert) came to our rescue with all our lumber and hardware needs. They were extremely helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable with what we needed to purchase for this project. Thank you so much the excellent customer service. It is greatly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been meaning to leave this review for a while. I went here back in early September. I work as a teacher and I wanted to paint a very large bulletin board in my room. I didn't know anything about colour choices or the proper type of paint. I was helped by Jemimah and she was wonderful. She provided excellent customer service, and I was very happy with her knowledge of paint, and colour choices. I also could tell that she has pride in her job. I was very happy with the final result. Thanks Jemimah! I will definitely come back to this Home Depot location. I have attached a picture of the final result of this painting project! I received many compliments from my colleagues and students. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I DON'T recommend this location. I was trying to purchase items for my garden and I realized equal items were in Canadian tire for less price. I talked to the supervisor in charge and explained to him that I would like to buy everything in one store and if he can offer any discount even no the same price that I saw the items at Canadian tire. He immediately said NO and told me that If I find something at a better price in the other store. It was fine.
How a good customer service can make the difference. If you have supervisor that appreciate customer, customer would be keeping going to the same store.
Customers doesn't leave stores, they leave bad customer service

It's a huge store with so many departments to cater to your home improvement wants and needs.
Staff where readily available to direct me to the garden centre I was seeking.
We used the self-checkout stations to pay for the clay pots and a few plants.
