Staff was there but a rude guy from kitchen place said “they are closed.”
On a Wednesday at 2pm? With staff present?
No consideration for someone who drove over an hour to visit.
Wednesday at 2 pm????
I can understand on a Monday, but a Wednesday??
I see the reviews.
Pretty bad.
Would NOT RECOMMEND!

Highly recommend you do not custom order anything from this store unless you are prepared to wait forever, be ignored and jerked around with no follow up or answers. We ordered a custom vanity in January 2018 and were told max 4 weeks. It is now May and we do not have the vanity after many false promises and no answers and we are trying to get our money back! They barely answer the phone and do not reply to voicemails or emails. It’s actually been like a joke it’s so bad!

Kevin was excellent at helping us navigate through the various options and select product that truly meets our needs and wants ! Why can't other companies be this easy to buy products from and do business with? Thank you Kevin!

It’s been a week and I never heard from him since. I moved on and purchased my items from another vendor.

We ordered all of our bathroom fixtures, including tub, vanity, faucets, shower system etc. through the great recommendations provided by Kevin. He's super knowledge and was able to recommend the perfect foldable glass shower door for our young family. We also got our kitchen countertops through Tom, and they look beautiful. Everything from ordering to delivery to set up went smoothly and we know have a beautiful bathroom and kitchen to thank them for :)
