★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We want to say thank you so much to Flooring and Home for helping us to complete our renovations and giving our 2 retail stores the face lifts they truly needed.
The product is elegant, easy to care for and really brightens up the stores. The gentlemen who came to install the product went above and beyond when it came prepping the space, removing our very difficult pre-existing floor and working so well with other contractors also on site. We weren't sure everything could be done on time, but these fellows worked long and hard and proved that it could not only be in time but expertly! Thank you again, for your great product and exceedingly positive customer service! We will definitely be recommending this company to our fellow franchisees!

It was this exceptional attitude that steered me back to their showroom once I had made a decision on the flooring choice for my entire home. Aftab and Nicole helped from order to install. In addition to flooring, kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops and appliances, we have now purchased window shades from Flooring and Home. Our second experience was as excellent as our first. From purchase to installation, Aftab and his team provide excellent customer service. I couldn't be happier with the finished result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daniela was so amazingly hellpful. I was starting to lose hope trying to find a spacific brand and colour laminate to match my floors. I called at least a dozen providers and they did not compare in service and price. I was able to get the best customer service and price from Flooring and Home and ordered my floors within an hour of first contacting them! I can not wait to do buisness with them again once its time to do our basement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to shop for flooring and other home furnishings where the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the customer service exceeds all expectations. We dealt with Peter lately and the whole experience was great. He followed up on site measurements and when he anticipated a delay he made sure to bring contractor personally on-site and remeasure and expedite the installation, and he followed up after installation to make sure all is well.
A great family owned business offering design and quality products. The only thing they don’t have is the pretentious attitude of the west end design district.
Highly recommended.

Their staff are friendly, approachable and value customer service. Our representative took so much time with us to make sure that we were happy with the product we were choosing. We got to bring home a couple of samples to try them out in our space. That was so helpful! Anytime we had to call or come in, we were treated so well. This is definitely a company you can trust to give you the product and service you need. Thank you we will definitely return for another other flooring needs.

I visited Flooring and Home and was greeted by Peter in a nice, warm and receptive manner which was really nice. It's quite common to visit many places where the team are somber and void of a warm and engaging energy; I only experienced awesome energy speaking with Peter and from the whole layout of the store (which is bright because of the windows, and the store is clean and nice).
Peter was very informative and was not pushing to sell, but provided some very helpful insights.
If you're looking for flooring, I highly recommend Flooring and Home, as I've already been giving them as a place of recommendation to friends are in the market for flooring products..
Definitely visit Flooring and Home if you're looking for flooring; you'll be glad you did!
