Tony and his crew made it their mission to do a fast, professional, perfect job, and they succeeded. To have the owner & operator walking through my home with ideas and practical advice helped us properly scope out the work needed. We tried one room (carpet and baseboards) and then added several new jobs spread out over the summer. As I also quoted in a homestars review - "My personal experience exemplifies why he consistently gets positive reviews. We were juggling work on a number of rooms spread out over the summer. The first few jobs were exquisitely done. The quality of workmanship was superb. We even have a complex wrap around carpet on a spiral staircase with spindles. There was one job at the end that had lower quality workmanship. The next day when I touched base with Tony he dropped everything and personally missed dinner to oversee a redo of this portion of the work. In the end everything was perfect. My experience illustrates how deeply Tony's customer first policy impacts all his workmanship and customer relationships."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to replace flooring due to a small flood. Found Danforth Carpet accidentally when i drove by. Stopped in and found the store organized with lots of product selection. Owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. Staff was great too. I wasn't available on the Monday and the owner offered to come on the Sunday to measure and provide the quote. Product came in within 3 days, install was scheduled for the Saturday. They were very accommodating when we discovered part of the floor was still wet. They were able to arrange to come back on Monday to finish the work. Both installers were hard working and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Tony gave us many options and the one we settled on was lovely and reasonably priced. His installers were professional, punctual and they did a great job. I couldn't be happier with the results and Danforth Carpet Connection now has a customer for life. You will definitely not regret using him.
