★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a couple of keys made in a hurry as they were closing. Not only did they not turn us away with only 10 minutes until closing time they made the keys and we paid for then in 8 minutes. How awesome is that. Thank you Lowes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Sometimes it's slow during busy hours but that's expected. I think this is the first time I have experienced knowledgeable staff at a big brand store. Highly recommend this location if you need help with explanations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other day I was at lowes cashier name Shireen helped us she saw big line and she immediately opened new till for customer she greeted us nicely made sure we get good customer service she was so friendly with my little daughter she gave us yellow survey paper but we lost it so I had to write review about her here. Something that really made me and my family happy is that she was smiling all the time and she told us how she want us to come back here and shop again from lowes amazing cashier and amazing customer service. All the cashiers almost looked sleepy and tired but she was amazing and super energetic. We loved her service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a plaza store, this place is surprisingly big. It has appliances and tools, and all sorts of things that a larger Lowes might have. The staff are very nice and friendly.
The layout is kind of confusing. Some signage or floor markers would make it easier to navigate around. There are two entrances which adds to the confusion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service and the cashier was very helpful only problem was that Lowe's don't offer any point system for example airmiles. And they had some great deals I found my Christmas tree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a less than favourable experience at a competitor store, I decided to try out Lowe's instead. I have frequented this location twice now, and have had very positive experiences both times. All of the staff I have interacted with have been kind and approachable, have answered any questions I had, and actually walked me to the product I was looking for (unlike the other store I was at). The store itself also feels warm and inviting for a home improvement retailer. I will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this Lowe's location earlier today to purchase a barn door for my newly renovated home. I needed help loading this item in my car. Harry came out and was so helpful. Initially, we found some difficulty with the door fitting in my car. Harry took the time to work with me and strategize the most effective, and safest, way to secure this door in my car (I had a 45 minute drive ahead of me). He was so polite and patient. Super pleasant experience because of him. Very happy customer!
