S	Salina Teresa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Olga she's professional and very friendly. The location itself though I don't like how it is always overcrowded in there. It honestly gives me anxiety but other than that it's okay. They always have more than 3 tax professionals in there so that's good.

A	Adrianna Rekas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is fairly close to a nearby go station as well as a subway station so it is convenient to get to. Other reviews speak of horrible wait times, but it is to be expected when going on a weekend during peak tax season. Trying to make it for an appointment during a weekday will make things go much more smoothly. The receptionist is nice, but the best person working there is Jan hands down. Jan is extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable in tax filing and understanding what can be claimed and what types of documents and information are important to not forget. Without him, I would have gotten a strike with Revenue Canada for forgetting one of my T4's, so really I wouldn't go anywhere else for my taxes.

It is very evident that professionalism, accuracy, attentiveness and understanding are strong components of her work ethic. Also noted are the personable communication skills she possesses. The attention to detail combined with the questions she asks result in a successfully completed return. I say this with strong conviction--Anastasia is a valuable asset for H&R Block.
R	Ryan Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t follow most COVID business bi-laws. The front desk lady told me I had to use a pens that were used by multiple customers. Refused to give me anything to wipe the pen down with. They didn’t wipe the surface after 4 customers sat at the desk and touched everything. They served a guy who was behind me first with out a face mask on. After me I complaining the whole time, asking for stuff to clean surfaces and pens the manager comes over says “I have a new pen for you.” After I signed the documents and I was leaving

When I uploaded my documents, I had someone else first and this person never got back to me. Then I called their customer service and they chose her for me. Shiroma called me on the same day and started working on it right away. I thought it would have taken more time, but I was able to have everything done with her by the next day. Thank you, Shiroma!!!
