There is a shop front that offers all sorts of tools and other hardware, and they also have a warehouse out back for your bigger building supplies like lumber, sand, gravel, bricks, blocks etc. The staff members are so friendly and you get a nice one-on-one experience with people who will remember your name and provide the best customer service you will get.

They even took the time to explain how to do a bit of DIY plumbing for connecting my fridge line. Also, time and again Wintact has had items that I couldn't find anywhere else. The most recent example were 4" wide cedar shims as opposed to just the 1" ones competitors sell. Prices are also very competitive.
