★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought work was great when they did a restoration of my basement awhile back, but the other lady is correct, when it comes to small jobs they don't care.
Was told in April or May it would be a couple weeks and someone would come give an estimate to put my closet back together after they tore it apart, and still no one has shown up, even though during the tear apart I told them I wanted them to do the whole job including the rebuild.... actually during the assessment I told them.
Then they send me a bill for the tear apart and I phone them and tell then I'm not paying until it is put back together, they say ok we will send someone to do an estimate, and months later still no one and they send another bill.
Very disappointed at the fact that the jobs that wouldn't take long are thrown so far on the back burner that they are forgotten about.

RCC DKI cleaned it professionally, painted and laid new flooring for us. The guys and gals were there everyday for as long as they were needed! They did a fantastic job!

I cannot say enough about how well things from start to finish! Everything was explained to me about the process and i never had any doubt about what was happening and wow oh wow soooo wonderful.
Working with everyone from Rocky Cross Construction was the silver lining after what happened. To be honest several gold stars and A+! My place looks awesome and thanks thanks so much for looking after me and for all you did in such a timely fashion. Wow oh Wow!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a job to look good. They can do that but if you want them to do it Wright or come and fix what they did wrong it won't happen... Roof leaks and it is wreaking walls and door jams. They say they will fix it and never did. You should find someone else to do your INS Claims.
To your response thankyou for your reply but this has been leaking with in the first year of completion. And I did contact RCC and it was never dealt with properly however you did fix one leak in a different spot in on the garage roof and tried to fix the one that we are speeking about on the other side of the house that did not get fixed properly. After that I was told from RCC to put in another INS. Claim and we will fix it...on work that was not done right to begin with. What you do if this was your house?
