★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm speaking about the new location located at 189B Booth Ave. Our first week they were treating us like we are in jail they watch everything you do (sitting eating)My family was there for the last 3 months and in that timing we have been put on isolation with out a proper reason, when I ask the workers why my family and I are on isolation one worker tells me its cause my spouse had an over night/ or the whole family had one. When we get asked the date that this has happened no one could tell us. When we got forced to take a covid test we got treated by the worker aj the cops will get called, so we had to do it.. workers don't care and won't answer your questions
Now about the isolation food the workers are not in full ppe and the enter in the rooms to give you the food, they are suppose to knock at the door to let you know and leave it there they don't wait til you answer the door and hand it to you.I'm also allergic to food and I've requested for it not to be brought into my room and they don't listen but they want us to fallow rules
P.s if you are a vegetarian I would not recommend to go there cause they won't have food for you.
