★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with Dan at the front desk, very unprofessional. Told me absolutely no way I was getting into cornerstone place that night, never asked if I was hungry and stay for dinner, never recommended any other shelters, never offered tokens for transportation. And said he didn't know any tennent named Steve staying at the cornerstone. Funny Steve have been there fifteen years. Complacency breeds incompadence in Dan's case. Ive reported this to the city of Toronto shelter programs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my gosh. I never thought I had to say this but...This shelter here is bad....The people are given too much freedom to do things inside. Garbage is almost everywhere. the food is not good. Do not eat it. No smoking zones are FORBIDDEN! in this entire shelter! Thank god i did not have to say here for TOO LONG! A mark of zero would be appropriate!
