The customer service here is absolutely horrible, pretentious and disrespectful. My colleague had placed a big order of food for our team via uber eats. After doing a deep dive search I found out on their FAQ page via their website that they catered to my dietary restriction of providing halal meat. When calling them (a few mins after placing the order) to see if they can swap out just the cold fish portion of one of the combos, I was rudely told the order had been just packaged and cannot be done. I explained the situation of how I didn't know they served halal especially since it wasn't evidently written or shown on the website or on their uber eats description. I was then rudely told to "next time place the order correctly on uber eats directly" and that ALL of their meat is halal which is different from what their FAQ said (chicken only, NOT beef). The worker simply seemed to not understand what I was saying as his points didn't make sense to my issue. He then began to argue and said it simply cannot be done as ALL the food has to be thrown out even though he told me it had just been packaged literally right after I had called. Funny enough, when we had received our order ALL of the meats were packaged separately from the sides which makes no sense why this simply couldn't be done in the first place. The point here is if you CATER to our dietary restriction or anyone's dietary restriction it is the responsibility of the provider to make sure it EVIDENTLY clear on their website and on any app they are on. There were no symbols of any kind giving the indication if something was halal, vegan or vegetarian on uber eats. Also, it is a VERY serious issue if there is a discrepancy between which of their meats are halal and aren't and the customer not knowing so. All in all, this establishment is very rude, inadequate in their customer service and does not respectfully cater to my community's dietary restriction.

I recently ordered from Pantry x Ace Hill - we ordered a combo of vegan/gluten free and meat dishes. The food was absolutely amazing! Super flavourful and good value for $$. There was one small mix up with one of the sandwiches not being gf/vegan. I received a reply back within minutes of my email to customer service, an immediate refund of the sandwich and a discount for a future order. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. I'm actually glad about the mix up, because it really demonstrated the awesome customer service Pantry offers. I will for sure order again and recommend 100%!

Pantry recent catered an event for my company and everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully plated. I will definitely be considering them again for future business and personal events!

Ordered from this place twice on different occasions and every time the meal was amazing. You have to order early though because they sell out of items pretty quickly. Overall I highly recommend!

Bought lunch here with their BOGO special on Uber Eats. Great value. I got the chicken shawarma with the kale Caesar and roasted sweet potato. Tasted a little plain, but it’s a healthier choice so I don’t mind so much. My dad had the Miami ribs and he said those were delicious. Would recommend trying this place if you’re looking for a quick and healthy lunch.

We took out Thanksgiving dinner here yesterday, and it was SPECTACULAR! Great value. Good portions. We did their Christmas dinner last year, and last time was worried that reheating could not possibly result in perfect food, but it did! No dry turkey, no soggy veg. Just perfect!!!!! Highly recommend.

They did the catering for my wedding reception, and the food was absolutely wonderful! Everyone loved it, and it tasted wonderful. It came on time, warm, and easy to re heat and save. Great quality, and they're PR team is wonderful for helping make sure everything is set up and questions are answered. Highly recommend!
