Great service. Called Dayton Plumbing for a problem at Carlton st after 8pm. Delroy shows up and saves the day. He was very professional and friendly. Explained everything before doing the work and was experienced working in condos. After triple checking his work he cleaned up and left no mess. Definitely calling this company next time I need a plumber.

Dayton was professional and very helpful. Has a process that helps you understand what to expect and when. Will definitely will reaching out again for any more of my plumbing work

Extremely poor service. I would highly advise against calling Delroy or his team. Summary of events: - Our tenants had a leak, so we contacted Dayton plumbing - It was an initial great call and consultation, and promises were made to deliver work and do a consultation of $180 - Delroy rarely showed up when he said he would as there would be a last minute emergency. This would be okay if it was a one time incident, however this happened several times - I have several call logs with multiple phone calls made to him, after we committed to his services, he barely was responsive. - Tenants informed that masks were not worn properly at home - The job was completed, and 2 days later the same leak happened, which happened to worsen. We were quoted and paid $881 (taxes in) - We immediately called another plumbing company (Preferred Plumbing Solutions Inc.) who did a phenomenal job, and gave us a 5 year warranty. In short, absolutely horrendous service. We spent appox $1000 only to have to find another plumbing company (Preferred Plumbing Solutions Inc.) to do the job Delroy was contracted to do and failed to do so. Save your money folks, their customer service and quality of work is very very poor. This was the experience of not just me and my husband, but also our tenants. ***QUOTE for services below**** This estimate is based on the following scope of work: FAUCET: (1) Shut down hot and cold water line supply and drain system. (2) Remove hot and cold wall mount tub faucet in order to reseal behind inlet pipe. TUB DRAIN OVERFLOW: (1) Remove tub waste and overflow trim cover to get access to drain outlet. (2) Clean and reseal outlet drain before reinstalling. *Test to make sure drain outlet is water sealed before leaving the job site.

My main sewer line was blocked. I gave a phone call to Dayton Plumbing Service. The guy came within half an hour & fixed it with a snake through machine. It was difficult work, he spend more than two hours. Unfortunately, it blocked next day again, I given him a phone call & he came again & not charged any extra cost. My sewer line is working perfectly now. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks.

I didn’t delay, and I called today! I had a toilet issue and called Dayton Plumbing Services, the reviews were right! Knowledgeable, efficient and technician had an amazing personality. Any future issues I may have with any other property, I definitely know who to call again.

Dayton Plumbing saved me over the weekend! Super professional, quick and considerate service. In and out in less than hour. So considerate that Dayton Plumbing removed their shoes before entering, put down a towel where work took place, wiped down the area after job completion, and helped me with the pricing issue. Recommending Dayton to everyone I know and would use again!

Lifesaver! I called so many plumbers in Toronto but none of them could accommodate my urgent request for same day service. In comes Dayton plumbing, showing up promptly as they said they would. I was walked through exactly what was happening as it was happening which I greatly appreciated. He was kind and courteous and most importantly got the job done. He brought all his own supplies and mats and ensured everything was completely clean before leaving. Definitely recommend for fast and efficient service!! Thanks again!

Dayton Plumbing came promptly after I called and they were extremely professional and skilled! They took off their shoes before entering which I thought was very considerate. The service itself was fast and efficient, and the issue was resolved with no time wasted. I noticed that they did some quick wipe down of the surfaces after finishing, and put down a towel during the job so that the bathroom would not get too dirty. Overall very positive experience!
