Aman was very professional, answered all my questions, gave me different options and the cost for each. His customer service skills are top notch as well as his plumbing skills. Replaced the P-trap and associated pipes in about 1hr and 10 minutes. Didn't mind me watching him and asking questions as he did it. I will definitely call this company again when another problem arises. I recommend.

I called them around 2:15pm and Aman knocked on my door at 3:00pm. Super fast! Aman is very open, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a couple of other questions and he took the time to help me out there as well. It might be a bit more expensive than other plumbing services, but the service and the guarantee you're getting makes it 100% worth it and I will use their services again :) Thank you Aman!!!

Less than 2 months later our faucet starting leaking again. I emailed Living Services asking if they would send a plumber to reevaluate the repair. I did not receive any response. We contacted a different plumber who advised the faucet needed to replaced (not a cartridge issue) - a much less expensive repair ($300). It certainly feels like we were ripped off.

Would highly recommend. Aman is INCREDIBLE. He was informative and able to answer questions so we felt like we knew more about the repair process, and actually gave us ideas for our next small reno. Our sink looks better than before and he even placed small reinforcements so that we won’t encounter the issue in the future.

Aman came out quickly and did a very professional repair job. It was a reasonable price. Would recommend for sure.
