He mentioned that it was a tough clog, but promised when he arrived to fix it, and stayed until he did. He was polite, prompt and cleaned constantly throughout the repair so there was now mess. Thank you for the great service!
C	C T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shower drain (Basement) and two toilets(one on main floor and other in basement) in my mom's house was backing up. I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing, and the nice lady at the office sent someone out to my mom's house. Shendon arrived on time. He put a camera down the pipes (as far as they could go) and found breaks, leaks and a blocked pipe. He quoted me a price on replacing the pipes, with the caution that it would be more if the damage went further along to the exterior front. He and his crew arrived first thing the next day and began the big work. the visible damage extended all the way out to beneath my mom's front porch. Shendon than quoted on the extra work. We accepted and the crew started immediately. They were all personable and doing their best to allow us a functioning drain system even while they worked. The job was complete after three days. My mom and I would personally recommend them highly. Not only are they very professional, but they are friendly and very helpful from the staff in the office to there plumbers.

Monday, March 21st 2022 I called earlier in the day to book an appointment and was pleasantly surprised to be able to book an appointment the same day from 1 PM to 3 PM. So hats off for the quick service. 1440 HRS (2:40 PM) Plumber Winford M. arrived on scene to fix my issue with kitchen sink clogged and not draining in the basement. At 1539 HRS (3:39 PM) the issue was resolved. The Plumber was very professional, knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. The work was clean and the best I've seen a contractor do in a long time. Hats off to this amazing company for their fast, efficient and professional service. I highly recommend this company to all and will definitely use their service in the future. ? ? ? He was very professional and explained every step of the way of what needed to be done in order to clear the blockage. He cleared the back-up and I no longer have a blockage! Not only was I kept up to date about the arrival time, but when George (the plumber) arrived it as nothing but smooth sailing. George was very friendly, and even offered some tips on how to better take care of our drain. I really appreciate his help. I will definitely call New Canadian next time I have need for a plumber.

Since then we've hired them to replace the toilet at our rental property - again good, efficient work. And just yesterday George arrived (an hour after I called) to clear up a clog in our bathroom sink. He was friendly, got to work right away, and explained to us after the details of what he had done. He also took the time to explain the best Dos and Dont's of keeping our bathroom sink clog free and was happy to answer the same question more than once. Excellent service (as usual).
