Our technician was great also, giving us various options for our needs. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Priority Plumbing on Dec 20th when we had a sewage backup in our basement. Brian came 8am on a Sunday morning to snake and camera our sanitary line and determined we had a block just before the city connection. Priority was quick to send crews, complete the work in sub-zero weather and get us back in our home before xmas. Greg and Brian provided detailed quotes and answered all my questions. Their customer service was exceptional. I would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience overall. Our main drain was backed up and Priority Plumbing was able to send someone within an hour. Greg, the technician who showed up, was friendly and professional. He did a camera inspection, was able to locate the clog, and upon doing so, advised us to call the city since it was bordering city lines. Thanks to his guidance, someone from the city came that same day and the issue was resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! Technician Brian spent the time to troubleshoot and identify the source of the leak. Repairs were done quickly and neatly. He wore shoe covers and was double-masked. Overall an excellent experience with a plumbing company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Priority Plumbing & Drains to install a sump plumb as recommended by my home inspector. Dave did an excellent job and that's the reason I contacted them again last year to install the backwater valve system.
I paid upfront without questioning because I trusted Dave's work from previous year. There were some issues with the installation and there were some back and forth negotiations. However I really appreciate Greg's hard work and responsibility. He ensured me that he would take full responsibility for the work to be done properly so that it could pass inspection. And as promised by Greg, I just received my rebate. Thank you Greg!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted Priority Plumbing & Drains for to inspect our main sewage line because we were getting multiple backups. Joel came with a snake camera and showed us our pipes and explained everything he was doing really well. His service was extremely professional and gave us a lot of peace of mind about the health of our pipes. He also gave really helpful tips and recommendations for plumbing maintenance and did a free inspection of the rest of the pipes for us. We were so happy with his service that we signed up to be members! We are definitely using Priority Plumbing & Drains for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CLIENT BEWARE. I have a leak in a bidet tap. A delightful young technician arrives on schedule and, very professionally, assesses the situation and advises that I need to replace the faucets (with cassettes) and the hoses as they are either seized or corroded.The quote is for 'about $1700'. This company will not give a breakdown of costs (parts, labour etc) as that is not their business model. The quote seems exorbitant and I am advised to consider purchasing the parts myself which they will install for a fraction of the quoted cost. I am able to purchase the cassette ($59.95) from a plumbing supply store who also instructed me on how to replace the cassette. A relatively easy job. Maybe I should have gone this route in the first place. I chose to use Priority Plumbing. A previous experience of a very high cost job made me question this quote. Make sure that you understand what they are going to do and what you are paying for as their opaque business pricing model makes it hard to understand the different components.
The technician had an excellent attitude, was punctual and gave good advice.
