I went there once and everything was good. However, the second time I went there it was completely closed. There was no sign to describe why, it was at 3PM on a Wednesday. Two other people were also there, trying to figure out why it was closed. Definitely won’t be using them as a family doctor or a walk in clinic...

Came in the clinic twice for walk-in; both times the doctor wasn’t there. Receptionist was helpful though second time he wasn’t there either. Don’t trust their operation hour! Call before going in (even though they’ll most likely not picking up if they’re not in).

I went to this clinic for a walk-in appt, and was referred for an x-ray. Since then, I have been attempting to contact them for my results (via phone and email) multiple times, and have not heard back from them.

I went there and was supposed to be referred to a specialist but they never gave me an appointment. I called four times and everytime the receptionist told me he will fax the referral again. But no one got back to me. Word of advice, if you refer a patient to a specialist please follow up with the clinic to insure they received your fax then call your patient to give them the details.

I went in October originally regarding a nose issue. The hours of operation posted and contact details are completely random and inaccurate - zero accountability, which shouldn’t be the case for a medical practice. When I finally did get through, I asked for a confirmation of fax to be sent to my email because the hospital wasn’t receiving it. I’ve asked several times, with no emails received. The above seems to be a common theme with not only this clinic, but all β€œ6ix” medical clinics. This is completely unethical to your patients. What’s the incentive in telling patients you will be there when you’re not, or that you will send referrals when you don’t? I’ve reported, and this must be investigated and addressed.

I went here once and it was fine. But now I've been trying to get in touch with them for three (3) weeks and they never answer the phone, and don't respond to my voicemails or emails. And I'm a registered patient with this clinic. To be honest, I'm not even sure they're still open for business.

The first time I went, they refused to help with my situation. Calling again to make an appointment, the message states to email them and they left an email address on their voice mail. I called twice to ensure I had the correct email address. My email from 1 week ago has gone unanswered. I usually don't write reviews but felt compelled this time. After seeing the rating for this clinic I see many others have had the same lack of service. Thank you 6ix for offering such poor service when people need you most. Cancelled!
