★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience thus far. Very knowledgeable staff, extremely friendly and encouraging. My physio (Brian) takes the time to explain any dysfunctions and tailor-made my treatment from day one, and is quick to adjust based on my progress. Initially went for treatment options while waiting for inguinal hernia surgery. Was in a lot of pain constantly, now I feel amazing and haven't even had the surgery yet! They update your exercises after each session through a web portal that is extremely helpful. Once again, just a great experience and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend this clinic and Rochelle highly enough. I needed physio for rotator cuff and abductor strains, and complex pain issues. Rochelle was patient, creative, and compassionate in finding the right regimen for me. Her expertise got me back to a physically demanding job and back to rock climbing! The clinic is easy to access from downtown, and the ladies who work the front desk are always lovely. I would happily recommend Trilogy to anyone in need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rochelle Chung is an amazing physiotherapist, acupuncturist, and even a therapist if you are ever having a bad day. She truly cares about your physical recovery, targeting injuries in an intuitive manner, and prescribes holistic treatments.
She first started treating me in 2015 in a practice across the street from my house. She was so great that I've followed her to Trilogy and don't regret it one bit!

He really took the time to listen and share ways to help with my healing process. I am able to run again and it's thanks to the staff at Trilogy. Highly recommend if you are in the downtown core.
