m	mikesyl100 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to book an appointment on the weekend and then called 15 mins after to cancel because they didn’t tell me the duration of the massage or type of massage I agreed to. They didn’t pick up their phone for 3hrs and when they finally did they stated it was too late (20hrs not 24hrs warning) to cancel the appointment. They stated they would charge the card on file and caused me a lot of frustration. She caused me to yell due to the fact they were insisting on charging my card when I’m trying to cancel with 20hrs heads up. They never told me how long the massage was or the type of massage I’d be paying for, so I decided to cancel since this wasn’t a professional experience. It became further unprofessional when the staff called me mentally ill for not wanting my card charged the fees due to their mishandling of the situation. If you want to be called mentally ill, come here. If you want a professional massage, DONT GO TO HAND AND STONE
K	Kristy Shen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite Hand and Stone location. Very organized, upscale, and great customer service. Garrett is the best RMT I've ever had (and I've had tons of massages). Really knows his stuff (even better than my physio and chiropractor) and consistently asks for feedback and how you are doing. The exercises he suggested helped my wrist get better and he even figured out I sprained/injured my left foot in the past without me telling him. Amazing. Best RMT ever!
C	Cristina Mg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 3 stars because it really depends who you get. The place is nice and clean but the membership service isn’t worth it in my opinion. If you have insurance coverage, the $10 you save aren’t worth the hassle when you need to cancel it.

She is also incredibly friendly and such a warm personality and easygoing and approachable. The spa is clean and comfortable. Staff are warm and welcoming.

A blissful time listening to calming music, discussing everything and anything with Danielle, and such attentiveness to my tight spots. Love it!

I’ve been to a few massage therapists pre pandemic and I always leave the spa with continued tension and even felt off once. Peggy has done amazingly with my back tension and knots, great pressure and she’s super kind. I’m planning on returning again and super happy I found an RMT i can see hopefully long term.
