I started working with Leigh around February 2020, my goal was to improve my plant-based diet, being a Vegetarian for more than 20 years I felt it was time to adjust my diet. At the same time I was struggling with Perimenopause symptoms and bouts of Depression. From the start, Leigh was able to point out  the issues with my diet, she did an amazing job linking them and how they were affecting my health. She truly listened to you, she made tons of questions regarding blood work, doctors follow ups, etc) she made wonderful suggestions regarding Vitamins, Supplements(such as Omega 3, Probiotics, D3 and K2, Zinc). My energy has improved notably and some of my Perimenopause and Depression symptoms are at bay, I was able to make smarter choices. She is a very dedicated professional. Her plans and protocols which she updates via her website are very well done and easy to follow. Her recipes are amazing, I got hooked with several of them(such as Lentils Stew, Chia Pudding, Baked Egg cups, Blueberry Oat Muffins to name some). Following a plant based diet, she constantly makes sure that my protein intake feels into the right grams needed for my age along with Vitamin C, she provided me with an excellent table that links each food with its related percentage of protein. I am very pleased with her work. Highly recommended :)

Leigh always provides me with clear, uncomplicated nutritional advice and has helped me develop healthier eating habits. I feel better, I look better and understand how different foods affect my body now that Leigh advises me. Her Instagram posts are always inspiring. Check out her home-baked granola recipe... it’s the best granola I’ve ever tasted!

Leigh is great! She has helped me to focus on behaviours and habits rather than an "end goal," which has led to positive, sustainable change. She works with me to create plans that fit into whatever particular needs I have, whether it's time, cooking ability, dietary needs/preferences, etc., and she helps me reevaluate my needs and change those plans if necessary. She's very warm and welcoming, and I appreciate that she checks in with me between sessions!

I started working with Leigh in August of 2020. My goals were to eat healthier, find ways to get more protein in my diet, add supplements to help prevent hereditary disorders, and general health and weight loss. I was also experiencing peri-menopause and other related medical challenges. Leigh assessed my diet, lifestyle and eating habits and worked with me to make small adjustments that would be easy and realistic to incorporate. She provided me with oodles of recipes, being sure to incorporate my favourite foods, and avoiding the ones I disliked. She advised me on the types of supplements I should be taking, and also guided me through the adjustments needed to help manage my medical challenges. Both my daughter and I are now eating healthier, and we don't even miss what we gave up. If I had to make one request for future sessions, I would want more counselling on the emotional and habitual aspects of overeating. Having the knowledge is great, but finding the motivation is half the battle. I would not hesitate to recommend Leigh to my friends, family and colleagues.

Leigh has been extremely helpful with kickstarting my health and fitness journey. She helped me with macro planning to support workouts, provided various recipes to suit my dietary restrictions, and a thorough meal planning guide.
