Very Reasonably priced, good tasting food and a great customer service model which can be witness right away from the website design and is enhanced by there level of customer service. Keep up the great work!
V	Vik Gandhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and outstanding service! We ordered the half non-veg package and the entire experience was superb! I called Rajiv to ask questions, and he was so helpful. He explained the process and options. We got confirmation of order, a text when our order was out for delivery, a reminder text 10-15 mins before arrival and a follow-up text as well. We were expecting saag to be part of the delivery. I advised Rajiv about that and he explained that I had not specified it in my initial order. To my surprise, the next morning, I get a text from him that there was a little package at my front door - he brought us saag! That is what you call going that extra mile for your customer. We recommend BP Tiffin for not only their good homemade food, but for the outstanding customer service!

Rajiv the owner of the company is a great person to talk to he will definitely take care of you. He is ready for improvisation and takes any feedback with open hands. Believe me this is the value for money deal.

He proudly said Sat Shri Akal as soon as I told him my name Simran. I needed a small meal but home made, bcz my son is in Mount Sinai NICU, and I don't want to eat restaurant food but a simple home cooked meal. For me it was Guru ka Langer. I changed multiple homes in Toronto in the span of a year, but I never changed the tiffin service because of the amazing food, remarkable service, and the love I received with each meal. The only reason I am not a customer now is because I moved to a different city and they dont have services in my current city. There was immense love & care in each and every tiffin I received! Rajiv & team went out of their way to fulfill hundreds of little requests and suggestions I made! I remember, I had once complained that there was no idli in the tiffin that month, and the very next day, I got sumptious idlis delivered to my place! Delivery was super efficient, and I always received my tiffin on the slated time (for which I was diligently sent an email each week as well!) Thank you to the entire Bombay Palace team! Rajiv, Rahat, and countless other folks from Bombay Palace whose names I am not aware of that work tirelessly to feed souls craving authentic Indian food in Toronto! PS: I was a big fan of the Kuch Idhar Udhar Se dishes, and the Prawns biryani from the restaurant

Since the beginning of the conversation, the caller has been quite disrespectful. He wouldn't even allow me to speak or say anything. He sounded really troubled. As far as I can tell, you people may be busier than usual, but that does not imply that the universe is working in your favour or because of you. Please learn some customer service. Thanx.

The owner- Mr Rajiv is extremely supportive and is able to customize the plans as per the requirement. The meals are hygienic, well-packed and extremely tasty, which are delivered on timely basis. Nothing beats the consistent quality and great service of Bombay Tiffin!!

I'd give this place 10 out of 5 stars if possible. All my requests were fulfilled and Rajiv is a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and considerate. He packed everything perfectly and the food was excellent too. The portions were very generous and communication was on point throughout. Will definitely go for a dine-in experience next time. Thank you Bombay Palace for making my party a success!
