She actively listened to my health concerns, described my LifeLabs results in "plain English" so I could understand how changes to my diet are related to key health metrics. As a person with diabetes, under her gentle guidance over the past few months, I was able to significantly reduce my blood/sugar levels and reduce my weight. All of my pain/inflammation and loss of sleep that I had went away! I will never go back to eating the same way again.
