Location is impeccable bring footsteps away from St. Lawrence market where I pick up fresh produce, meats and seafood, baked goods and healthy smoothies. Also steps away from the financial district and tons of restaurants along Yonge and Front Street. Buy and hold onto this property forever as Aspen Ridge builds are the best in the city with highest quality and lowest maintenance fees. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved in Sept 3, 2021 during Covid. Security and management were very helpful. We have had no issues in the building so far. There is always folks cleaning the halls and elevators and neighbours are friendly. Looking forward to many years here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in the building for 2 years and I will miss the view from the top terrasse. For the rest the building is a bit outdated and I had the window of my car broken in the garage overnight as security guards are not very efficient and management not very supportive
