★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is well maintained, good facilities and easy access to TTC.
The residents are friendly but there are a lot of dogs barking in corridors and there’s quite a bit of dog urine and poop around.
The surrounding area is rough with some anti social incidents especially one block North
The rent price is surprisingly high considering those factors
Overall, recommend it for the inside but certainly not the outside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is nice classic, the Tim Hortons is likely one of the worst locations around. Service and preparation is slow, after having to repeat yourself three times just placing the order. I find the location is lacking focus and delivery. Pastries section only.ever half full. Disappointing to say the least.
