★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After living here for the past year I can tell any potential tenant or buyer the following.
1. The build quality of this building is laughable. It's still not finished after going years over schedule. Look up in the lobby at the still uncovered light fixtures. The concrete slab work was so poor there were parts of hallways where carpet had to be taken up to fill "potholes".
2. If you don't fill out pedantic paperwork they will lock you out of your home.
3. Building management and developers will randomly enter your home without permission.
4. You will get less than a couple days of notice for people entering your home under good circumstances. Enjoy dorm life and a lack of personal privacy? You will feel right at home.
5. Your front entrance is a full time bus shelter! Good luck getting your groceries inside!
6. There is a starbucks on the corner was completed in weeks while the building proper is still yet to be done. Assume you will be prioritized accordingly.
7. There are a total of 6 street level bicycle racks with no protection, hidden at the back of the building for hundreds of tenants. This one fact should indicate the design mentality of the building.
8. The exercise room is sad. I can't elaborate more than to say this is just factually correct.
9. The sub-basement parking uses a car elevator. I hope you like waiting.
Positive stuff:
1. The staff at the front desk is awesome, just flat awesome. You get a full time helpful person to handle your deliveries and welcome you home.
2. Proximity to No Frills, LCBO, and St. Laurence are optimal.
3. People in the building are actually quite nice.
4. Sound does not carry between units.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathroom is extremely poorly designed leading to very hard to reach areas to clean, inability to stop hair clogging up drains, and sink becoming dirty extremely quickly
Property management is useless and takes forever to help you with anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location, beautifully designed units, helpful staff, awesome neighbours, Starbucks in the building, and delicious restos popping up in the area (Bodega Henriette yum).
Only downside would be the noodle place that recently opened in the ground floor is not very good. Was hoping for a healthy spot.
