★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! I found some furniture online during the COVID-19 pandemic but didn't feel comfortable buying it without sitting on it first. Nikita was extremely responsive online and the store offered private appointments where my husband and I could go in with just her, social distancing, to see the set we liked in person. The store is beautiful and offers the best selection of patio furniture I've seen in Toronto. Nikita was very professional, addressed our questions, and we bought the set. It's been the best customer service experience I've ever had. She really went above and beyond to get us our new furniture very quickly as we're stuck at home and sitting on our porch more often. The set arrived today and it's fantastic! Very high quality. Will shop here again where we need new furniture for the backyard. Thanks for the amazing experience!
